Vik has advanced degrees in Computer Systems Management as well as Engineering. His experience includes working at IBM, Loral Federal Systems, and Singer-Link and consulting at Motorola and General Dynamics C4S on projects involving air traffic control, IRIDIUM, LAN performance modeling, and power plant simulation.

Jeff is the CTO at DataSoft. He has over 25 years of experience in software engineering, product development, business development, military communications, and control systems software.

Prior to DataSoft, Jeff held positions at IBM, Lockheed Martin, and Pester-Derby Oil and Refining. He has also consulted at Motorola for the IRIDIUM project and at General Dynamics for the Joint Tactical Radio System. Jeff graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with a degree in Computer Engineering.

Matt leads the hardware team at DataSoft with over 15 years of experience in developing commercial and military communications systems.

As the Director of Hardware Development, Matt leads an agile hardware team with a focus on integrating new technologies and rapid prototyping. Matt serves as the Principal Investigator (PI) on several of DataSoft’s SBIR contracts. He consulted at General Dynamics during the development of the Joint Tactical Radio System. Matt holds a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University in Electrical Engineering and two Master’s degrees from Arizona State University in systems engineering and business management. He also holds a Project Management Professional Certification and is an avid reader of leadership material and lives by the mantra that “success is on the other side of your comfort zone” –Woodward

Susan leads the software development effort at DataSoft with over 20 years of experience in leading both commercial and government software development teams in the communications area.

Susan’s specialties include real-time embedded software and systems engineering and she has guided large systems efforts with software, firmware, and hardware team members. Susan has a degree in Electrical Engineering and minor in Computer Science from Iowa State University.
